Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery of goods is carried out worldwide.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We do not calculate shipping costs.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 48 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be made available to you via a link sent to you by email.
This email with access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 working days, and for international deliveries within 3 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
Have you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common mission, unless we have made no agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further details for payment
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
