Revocation right for consumers

The right of withdrawal is available exclusively to consumers (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity) and, if they participate in the eBay Plus program, also to commercial buyers (who, as an eBay Plus member, purchase an item that is listed on eBay Plus). The latter can also use the sample withdrawal form for the withdrawal declaration.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and repay immediately latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should begin during the cooling-off period, you must pay us a reasonable amount which is proportionate to the time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, corresponds to the services already provided in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion and Contract Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon full provision of the service if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur can start providing the service before the expiry of the The cancellation period begins and he has confirmed his knowledge that his right of cancellation expires with the complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
